This document is the versioned snapshot of the English legal set’s wording for immediate supply of digital content. It does not state that final legal review has been completed.

The checkbox is separate from acceptance of the Terms of Use and other legal-document acknowledgements. It is initially unticked and requires the purchaser’s own action.

Checkout wording

I expressly consent to immediate delivery of the Onvilo license and download after purchase. I acknowledge that, to the extent permitted by applicable law, I will lose my statutory right of withdrawal when delivery begins. This does not affect Onvilo’s voluntary 14-day refund policy or any statutory rights that cannot be waived.

Localised renderings used by non-Japanese checkout pages

The English legal-document set is used by the English, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, Korean, and Spanish landing pages. The checkbox is rendered in the landing-page language. The following renderings form part of this snapshot so that the text displayed at purchase can be proved from the document version and SHA-256 recorded with the transaction.

Consiento expresamente la entrega inmediata de la licencia y la descarga de Onvilo después de la compra. Reconozco que, en la medida permitida por la ley aplicable, perderé mi derecho legal de desistimiento cuando comience la entrega. Operation and evidence

Checkout must not create a payment session unless the purchaser selects this checkbox.

The consent time, purchase locale, document language, wording version, SHA-256, and immutable snapshot object key are recorded with the transaction.

The purchase confirmation email repeats the wording and attaches the legal documents shown at purchase.

If applicable law requires a different result because valid prior express consent, acknowledgement, confirmation, or actual supply is absent, the statutory right remains available. This consent does not replace or limit any statutory remedy for failure to supply or lack of conformity.
